This merchandise is not for sale. It is for rental purposes only.

Rental prices include cleaning fees.  All costumes will be sent out cleaned and pressed.

Rental Price is per event, not per day.

Costumes will be received two days before the event, for fittings, and must be returned the day after.

Renter will pay the return shipping costs.

Renter agrees to return costume by the agreed upon date or be subject to late fees up to, but not exceeding the value of the costume.

The renter assumes all responsibility for loss of and/or damage to all items entered on the rental order for any cause whatsoever.  Lost items must be replaced.  If this isn't possible, JHFSC will charge a replacement cost.

In the event of damage, the renter agrees to pay JHFSC such amounts as the JHFSC may determine for repair/replacement of any items.

Please be careful of when using excessive amounts of makeup or scent while wearing our costumes.  Do not use stage blood anywhere near our costumes.  Safety pins left in a garment, as alterations, will damage the fabric.

Please do not remove or cover any tags.
